Tug Master (Noida) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tug Master with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The Tug Master will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and safe movement of resources within our operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to all safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of operational logistics and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the movement of critical assets and personnel within designated operational areas.
- Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tugging operations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including management, operational teams, and external agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, including logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in tug master technology and operational methodologies.
