TV Producer

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced TV Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging video content for UPL Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, producing, and overseeing the post-production of television commercials, corporate videos, and digital content that effectively communicate our brand message and product offerings to a diverse audience across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for TV commercials, brand films, and digital video campaigns aligned with UPL's marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including budgeting, scheduling, talent and crew coordination, location scouting, and equipment management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative agencies, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of video projects.
• Oversee the post-production process, including editing, sound design, music selection, color grading, and visual effects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to broadcast standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in television production, digital media, and advertising to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and production houses.
