TV Producer

We are seeking a creative and experienced TV Producer to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of engaging video content for HDFC Bank, including corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal training materials. This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and broadcast standards within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for video projects aligned with HDFC Bank's brand and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production (scriptwriting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting) to production (directing, shooting) and post-production (editing, sound design, graphics, color correction).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to ensure content meets strategic goals.
• Oversee budgets and timelines for all video production projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers (e.g., directors, cinematographers, editors).
• Ensure all produced content adheres to broadcast quality standards, legal requirements, and HDFC Bank's brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, digital media, and the BFSI industry.
