TV Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced TV Producer to conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging video content for Nykaa's brand promotion and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, production workflows, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling video assets for television and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for TV commercials, brand films, and other video content.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams, creative agencies, and external vendors.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for all production projects.
- Direct on-set activities, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and visual effects artists to achieve the desired final product.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.
- Ensure all content aligns with Nykaa's brand identity and marketing objectives.
