TV Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized TV Producer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality video content for L&T Heavy Engineering, focusing on showcasing our industrial equipment and machinery, corporate initiatives, and technological advancements. This role requires a blend of creative vision, project management skills, and a keen understanding of video production workflows, suitable for an Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling video concepts and storyboards aligned with L&T Heavy Engineering's brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (scriptwriting, scheduling, budgeting) to on-site shooting and post-production (editing, sound design, graphics).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and communications teams, to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and talent as needed.
- Oversee the technical aspects of production, ensuring high-quality audio and visual output.
- Ensure all video projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and corporate communication.
- Produce a variety of video formats, including corporate films, product showcases, explainer videos, and event coverage.
