Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced TV Producer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (B.Tech/B.E.) and a proven track record in producing high-quality educational video content. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our pedagogical goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of educational video production, from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and animators to develop engaging and informative video scripts and storyboards.
- Manage pre-production activities, including budgeting, scheduling, talent scouting, and location scouting.
- Direct and supervise on-set production activities, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and performance.
- Manage post-production processes, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and graphics integration.
- Ensure all content adheres to BYJU'S brand guidelines and educational standards.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders and quality assurance teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in educational media production and incorporate innovative techniques.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production.
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams for content rollout.
