Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced TV Producer with 3-4 years of experience, holding a B.Des degree, to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality video content that aligns with Infosys's brand and communication objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, production workflows, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for various video projects, including corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal training materials.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee on-set production activities, directing crew and talent to achieve desired visual and narrative outcomes.
- Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video production and digital media.
