TV Producer - Railways (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative TV Producer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and a passion for storytelling within the railway industry. This role involves assisting in the conceptualization, production, and post-production of video content for internal and external communications, training, and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior producers in all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for video projects.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (engineering, marketing, HR) to gather information and assets for video content.
- Manage production schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Assist with scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot list creation.
- Support on-set production activities, including managing equipment and crew.
- Oversee editing processes, providing feedback and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct research on railway industry trends and technologies to inform video content.
- Maintain a clear understanding of brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Adapt and learn new production techniques and software.
