Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified UAV Pilot to join our innovative team at Reliance Retail. The UAV Pilot will be responsible for operating Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for various applications within our retail logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. This role requires a deep understanding of drone technology, aviation regulations, and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drones for aerial surveys, inventory management, and delivery operations within designated retail supply chain networks.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of UAVs and associated equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Monitor flight performance, weather conditions, and airspace for safe operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with UAVs during operations.
- Maintain detailed flight logs and operational records.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize UAV deployment strategies.
- Ensure data collected by UAVs is accurate and properly transmitted.
