UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Nykaa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user pain points.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
3. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
4. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user flows and information architecture.
5. Work closely with engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
6. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
