Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Paytm. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge financial products and services, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to millions of users across India. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices in the FinTech industry.
