We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital platforms, focusing on improving user experience and driving engagement. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and information architecture.
- Translate complex data and processes into user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
