In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital educational platforms and products within the printing and publishing sector. You will leverage your interdisciplinary knowledge to bridge user needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities, ensuring our offerings are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs and behaviors of students, educators, and parents. Utilize your LLM understanding to interpret complex user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs align with educational content and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, content creators, and development teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and business goals.
• Apply principles of cognitive psychology, information architecture, and interaction design to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze the impact of design decisions on user engagement and business metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and educational technology advancements.
