We are seeking an experienced Umpire / Referee with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a Any Postgraduate degree and a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and dispute resolution within the industrial sector, specifically within the Pulp & Paper domain. This role is crucial for ensuring fair play and adherence to established protocols in various operational and contractual engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Officiate and preside over various internal and external disputes, investigations, and compliance checks.
• Interpret and apply company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements fairly and impartially.
• Conduct thorough investigations into alleged breaches of conduct or policy.
