Umpire / Referee

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and fair-minded Umpire/Referee to ensure the smooth and compliant execution of various operational processes within our Bhubaneshwar facility. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to make impartial decisions. Your background in B.Pharma will be leveraged to understand and enforce quality standards and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and officiate adherence to internal operating procedures and quality control protocols.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and industry regulations related to operational safety and efficiency.
- Conduct fair and impartial assessments of process deviations and performance metrics.
- Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies arising from operational activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interventions, decisions, and outcomes.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure clear communication of rules and expectations.
- Identify areas for process improvement based on observations and feedback.
- Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving, drawing on analytical skills developed during B.Pharma studies.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by monitoring activities.
