Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Umpire / Referee with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards within various operational processes, contributing to the efficiency and integrity of our service delivery in the analytics and KPO domain. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make fair and impartial judgments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate adherence to predefined operational workflows and quality standards.

- Investigate discrepancies and provide impartial assessments based on documented procedures.

- Document observations, findings, and recommendations accurately and concisely.

- Liaise with relevant teams to clarify process guidelines and ensure consistent application.

- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of corrective actions.

- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

- Support internal audits and compliance checks as required.
