Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Umpire/Referee to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for recent B.Sc graduates looking to start their career in the dynamic e-learning industry. You will be responsible for ensuring fair play and adherence to rules within various academic competitions and assessments conducted on our platform, contributing to a positive and equitable learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage academic competitions, quizzes, and assessments conducted on the BYJU'S platform.
Ensure strict adherence to competition rules and guidelines by all participants.
Make impartial decisions during events, resolving disputes and clarifying rules as needed.
Maintain accurate records of scores, fouls, and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with participants, organizers, and stakeholders.
Provide feedback to the operations team on the effectiveness of competition formats and rules.
Assist in the development and refinement of competition protocols.
