Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Unani Physician to provide holistic healthcare services to our employees within the Pulp & Paper industry. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various ailments using Unani principles, promoting employee wellness, and contributing to a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans based on Unani medicine principles.
- Prescribe Unani medicines, herbal remedies, and dietary recommendations.
- Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications and preventive healthcare measures.
- Manage chronic and acute health conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Organize and conduct health awareness programs and workshops for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Monitor employee health trends and provide insights for occupational health improvements.
