Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs for employees, drawing upon Unani principles to promote health and productivity.
- Conduct health assessments and provide consultations to employees, offering guidance on lifestyle and well-being.
- Research and analyze market trends related to health, wellness, and their intersection with home furnishings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify potential opportunities for health-focused furniture or accessories.
- Manage the administrative aspects of employee wellness initiatives, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights from a Unani and healthcare perspective relevant to business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on wellness program effectiveness and market analysis.
