Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Underwriter with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and have a strong understanding of risk assessment and financial analysis within the sports and leisure industry. You will be responsible for evaluating the financial viability and risk associated with various business proposals and investments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the risk of potential investments and partnerships.
- Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in risk evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to gather information and provide underwriting recommendations.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining underwriting decisions and rationale.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the sports and leisure sector.
