Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Underwriter with 2-4 years of experience to join our Corporate Finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk associated with corporate clients in the telecom and ISP sector. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our business by making informed decisions on credit applications and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing corporate clients in the telecom/ISP industry.

Develop and recommend appropriate credit limits, terms, and conditions for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk appetite.

Monitor the financial performance of existing clients and proactively identify potential risks or deteriorating credit conditions.

Prepare detailed credit analysis reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and credit committees.

Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective management of credit facilities.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management within the telecommunications sector.
