Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced University Level Educator to join our Learning & Development team. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering educational programs and content that align with the strategic objectives of our FMCG business in India. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development among our employees, from entry-level to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules and workshops on various aspects of the FMCG industry, including product development, marketing, sales, supply chain, and consumer behavior.
- Create comprehensive learning materials, case studies, and assessment tools tailored to the Indian market context.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, both in-person and virtual, to promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in adult learning and the FMCG sector in India.
- Mentor and guide employees through their learning journeys.
