Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and seminars on various management consulting topics, including strategy, operations, digital transformation, and change management.
* Create and curate relevant learning materials, case studies, and assessments to support educational objectives.
* Facilitate interactive learning sessions, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative discussion.
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and best practices in management consulting and higher education.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and tailor educational offerings accordingly.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational methodologies and content.
* Mentor and guide junior educators or subject matter experts in their teaching roles.
