Role Summary: Chiratae Ventures is seeking a dynamic and experienced University Level Educator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering educational content and programs focused on venture capital, private equity, and startup ecosystems for university students and emerging professionals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry application, fostering the next generation of talent in the Indian investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging curriculum on venture capital, private equity, startup valuation, deal structuring, and fundraising for university-level courses and workshops.
Develop case studies and practical exercises based on real-world investment scenarios and successful Indian startups.
Mentor and guide students and aspiring entrepreneurs through their learning journey, providing insights into the venture capital ecosystem.
Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure educational content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry trends.
Organize and facilitate guest lectures and panel discussions with industry experts, founders, and investors.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Indian startup and venture capital landscape.
