Role Summary:
Infosys BPM is seeking a University Level Educator to contribute to our internal training and development programs. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering educational content and learning experiences for our employees, focusing on enhancing their skills and knowledge in areas relevant to the BPO and customer service industry. The educator will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials for various employee levels, including onboarding, skill enhancement, and specialized programs.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the workforce.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the BPO and customer service sector to inform curriculum development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes and methodologies.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and employee comprehension.
