Upstream - Content Specialist

We are seeking a versatile Content Specialist to join our upstream operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing various forms of content to support our diverse client needs in the technology and digital transformation space. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing collateral, and internal communications.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to understand content needs and deliver high-quality output.

Conduct research on industry trends and topics to inform content creation.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

Contribute to the development of content strategies and style guides.
