Upstream - Other - Animation & VFX (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Upstream - Other specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and preparing assets for the animation and VFX pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions between different stages of production. This position is ideal for a BCA graduate with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow within a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and management of project assets, including digital files, scripts, and reference materials.
• Perform initial checks and quality control on incoming assets to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to understand pipeline requirements and deadlines.
• Support the setup of project folders and directory structures according to established protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor asset-related issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of asset status and progress within the project management system.
• Learn and adapt to new software and tools used in the animation and VFX workflow.
• Contribute to improving upstream processes through feedback and suggestions.
