Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and analytical B.Tech/B.E. graduates with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Upstream operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing various aspects of our logistics network, contributing to the seamless flow of goods from origin to destination. You will work on improving operational efficiency, enhancing process flows, and supporting strategic initiatives within the upstream segment of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify bottlenecks in the upstream logistics process (e.g., collection, sorting, initial transit).
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, field staff) to ensure smooth execution of logistics plans.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- Support the design and deployment of new operational strategies and technologies.
- Contribute to cost optimization initiatives within the upstream network.
- Assist in the training and development of operational staff.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management on operational performance and improvement recommendations.
