Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adventure Sports Guide to join our team in Thane. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Sc degree and 3-4 years of experience in leading and organizing various adventure activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants while promoting a spirit of adventure and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities such as trekking, rappelling, rafting, and camping for corporate groups and employees.
Ensure the safety of all participants by conducting thorough risk assessments, providing safety briefings, and enforcing safety regulations.
Provide instruction and guidance on techniques and equipment for different adventure sports.
Manage and maintain adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
Develop and implement activity plans that align with company objectives and participant needs.
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for participants.
