Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Aircraft / Flight Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of aircraft within our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation principles and a commitment to safety and quality standards. While a technical background is often preferred for this role, we are open to candidates with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree who demonstrate exceptional aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in the aviation sector, coupled with relevant practical experience or certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft and associated equipment.
* Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks as per established checklists and procedures.
* Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately in logbooks and maintenance records.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and aviation standards.
* Support troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts for minor technical issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.
* Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
* Assist in the preparation of aircraft for flight operations, including ground support activities.
