Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Airport Duty Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma background to join our operations team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily airport operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and managing resources effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of airport procedures, safety protocols, and stakeholder coordination, with a specific focus on pharmaceutical compliance and health-related services within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day airport operational activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.

- Coordinate with various airport stakeholders including airlines, ground handling agencies, security, and regulatory bodies.

- Monitor and manage airport resources, including staff deployment and equipment utilization.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and health advisories, particularly those related to public health and pharmaceutical products/services if applicable within the airport.

- Handle and resolve operational disruptions and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

- Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities and operations to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge for understanding and managing any health-related services, pharmaceutical supplies, or compliance specific to passenger or crew well-being within the airport.
