Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Appliance Installer / Repairman with 3-5 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of electrical appliances for our customers. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up various electrical appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, kitchen appliances) at customer locations according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with malfunctioning appliances, identifying root causes of problems.
- Perform repairs on faulty appliances, replacing defective parts and ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and provide preventative care to extend appliance lifespan.
- Educate customers on proper appliance usage, maintenance, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and professional conduct standards.
- Utilize IT tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management, leveraging BCA knowledge.
