We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our manufacturing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of consumer electronic products, adhering to quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components on the production line according to specifications and work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of the assembly process to identify and report defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment as per operational guidelines.
- Monitor production flow and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
- Accurately record production data and ensure compliance with inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
