Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager with a Legal background (LLB) to support our operations in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to gain practical exposure in retail store management within the design industry. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning.

Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock takes. Identify discrepancies and report them.

Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.

Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Utilize legal knowledge to assist in understanding and adhering to local retail laws and regulations.

Support in training new staff on store procedures and product knowledge.

Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback as required.
