Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with an M.Com degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an ATM / Credit Card Specialist. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing operations related to ATM and credit card services within our security and cash logistics division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions, reconciliation, and compliance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile daily ATM transactions and cash replenishment activities.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in ATM cash levels and transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and company policies for ATM and credit card operations.
- Assist in the processing and reconciliation of credit card transactions and related settlements.
- Collaborate with banking partners and vendors to address any operational issues or queries.
- Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, cash management, and credit card transaction volumes.
- Conduct audits to ensure the security and integrity of ATM and credit card processes.
- Support the implementation of new security protocols and technologies for ATM and credit card services.
