Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline and enhance our automotive manufacturing processes through automation. You will work closely with senior engineers and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of automation strategies for manufacturing processes.
Support the implementation of automation tools and software across various departments.
Conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies and propose automated solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful automation project execution.
Document automation processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated systems, making adjustments as needed.
Learn and apply new automation technologies and best practices.
