We are seeking a skilled and innovative Ayurved Practitioner with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves applying design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies to enhance our legal service delivery and internal processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in applying design strategies to complex problems, with a keen interest in the intersection of traditional wellness practices and modern professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for design-led solutions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize and improve client and internal user experiences.
- Design and prototype new service offerings, communication materials, and digital interfaces that are intuitive, efficient, and align with our brand values.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
