We are seeking a diligent and organized Bell Boy / Porter to join our team at our Pune facility. While the title may seem traditional, we are looking for candidates with an MBA/PGDM who can bring analytical and process-improvement skills to this foundational role, potentially identifying efficiencies and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the receiving, storing, and distributing of mail, packages, and other materials within the corporate office.
• Transport documents, supplies, and equipment between departments as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas, mailroom, and common spaces.
• Support event setup and breakdown by moving furniture and materials.
• Assist with basic inventory management and stocktaking tasks.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of items.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in material handling and logistics.
