Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and employees, providing information and directions.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-ups.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Respond to inquiries from visitors and employees regarding company facilities and services.
- Maintain a log of visitors and maintain security protocols.
- Proactively identify and address any issues related to visitor experience or facility management.
- Leverage understanding of pharmaceutical concepts to assist with queries related to health and wellness programs offered by the company (if applicable).
