Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an LLB degree to join our team in a BFSI, Investments & Trading - Other role. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent law graduate looking to gain experience in the financial and trading aspects of the pulp and paper industry. You will support various functions related to financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and drafting of legal documentation related to financial agreements, contracts, and investment proposals.
- Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and corporate governance standards within the BFSI sector.
- Conduct legal research on matters pertaining to investments, trading, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.
- Help in the preparation of reports and presentations on financial and legal matters.
- Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel on various transactional and compliance issues.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's financial and trading operations.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments or partnerships.
