Urgent opening for Boom Operator (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boom Operator with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of boom lifts and related equipment at our construction sites, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a keen understanding of construction processes and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate boom lifts and other aerial work platforms safely and effectively to support construction activities.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Interpret and follow site plans, blueprints, and instructions to position equipment accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring no obstructions and safe access for personnel.
- Monitor weather conditions and site hazards to ensure safe operation at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate lifting operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and any incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest safety standards and operational best practices in the building material industry.
