Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in business development within the accounting and auditing sector. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior BDMs in identifying and researching potential clients and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscape.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in building rapport.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to manage leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and strategies.
- Analyze data and generate reports on business development activities.
