Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for extracting insights from data to support business decision-making within the furniture and furnishings sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies.
- Identify data discrepancies and work towards their resolution.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects.
