Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our card services, contributing to the overall customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of card issuance, activation, and maintenance.
- Process card applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage card-related customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, customer support, fraud prevention) to ensure seamless card processing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new card products and features, leveraging design thinking principles.
- Monitor card performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal procedures.
