Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of cargo operations, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws, leveraging your LLM knowledge.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Track shipments, monitor progress, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory compliance for import/export activities.
