Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is ideal for someone with foundational financial acumen and a desire to grow within a leading agricultural solutions company. You will support the senior finance leadership in managing the company's financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support financial analysis and reporting to management.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Help in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Contribute to cost control initiatives and financial planning.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
