We are looking for a dedicated Claims Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire claims process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Investigate claims to determine liability and coverage, gathering necessary evidence and information.

Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to gather information and provide updates on claim status.

Manage claim files from initiation to closure, maintaining detailed records.

Identify potential fraud and escalate suspicious claims for further investigation.

Ensure claims are settled within the defined timelines and according to company guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant insurance laws and regulations.

Collaborate with legal and other departments to resolve complex claims.
