We are seeking a driven and analytical Clinical Research Scientist with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role will involve contributing to research initiatives, data analysis, and strategic planning within the automotive R&D sector, focusing on human factors and user experience research to inform vehicle design and safety features. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and research skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute research studies to understand user needs and behaviors related to automotive products.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various research methodologies.
- Interpret research findings and provide strategic recommendations to product development and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and design, to ensure user-centric product development.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in user research, automotive technology, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the development of research protocols and ethical considerations for human-subject studies.
