Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Head with 2-4 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing collection processes, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and minimizing bad debts. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce accounts receivable aging.
- Monitor daily collection activities and provide regular reports on collection status to management.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
