Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Health & Safety - Other. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures relevant to our sports events and facilities.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and internal standards.

Support the organization of health and safety training programs for staff and volunteers.

Respond to and investigate any health and safety incidents or concerns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices throughout the organization.

Assist in the maintenance of health and safety records and reports.
